Pricing we offer
Weekday Studio Rental
25,000/- ( 10 HOURS )
All Weekdays require a Half Day (5hrs) Minimum. All bookings are subject to
tax and gst.
Weekend Studio Rental
30,000/- ( 10 HOURS )
All Weekends & Holidays Rented on a Full Day booking basis only.
Studio Rental for Students
15,000/- ( 6 HOURS )
All student bookings are to be subjected to availability of studio on weekdays only.

Terms and Conditions

Full payment for your studio rental is required to book your requested date.

Schedule your rental time so that you allow for set up, client meeting, session, and cleanup to happen within your allotted rental time. We also suggest for you to plan ahead for clients arriving late or your scheduled session running over your scheduled time slot.

Arriving before your scheduled time to set up is not allowed, as another client may have the space during that time. Please note that extending your scheduled time will result in a 50% increase in hourly rate. Plan time not only to break down any equipment you’ve used, but to also clean up any messes and return the studio to its original state.

Rentals with over 10 people will be required to book Exclusive Rental Access.

Any sessions including nudity (i.e. boudoir), even for a portion of the session, are also required to book exclusive rental access.

Cancellations of confirmed bookings will result in the following charges:

If 72 hours or more prior to the rental date, then Client may reschedule the rental date within 1 month without penalty.

If 48 – 72 hours prior to the rental date, then 50% of all payments will be refunded.

If less than 48 hours prior to rental date, then no payments will be refunded.
